We found a small pile of these clearing out our archive! They were produced to promote the exhibition opening in 2006, so most were destroyed after the event. A very rare artefact!
An A3 poster created for the opening event of LAIBACH KUNST inhibition "Instrumentality of the State Machine" - Laibach Concerto for Magnetophone, Gramophone, Radiophone and Megaphone.
"This large-scale sound and visual installation recreates the industrial ambience of Trbovlje, the Slovene city which gave birth to Laibach 26 years ago".
In September 2006, Cold Spring (in association with I.C.R.N. and Capsule) presented the live premiere Return Of The Repressive at The Custard Factory, Birmingham. With Laibach in attendance to open the event, the evening also featured performances from: Surgeon (a specially commissioned audio-visual set), Industrial pioneer Schloss Tegal, PCM, and Shit And Shine.
